Dancoon Technologies provides software development, system management, and IT consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

5. Client Projects and Deliverables

For custom software development projects:

• Project terms, deliverables, and ownership will be specified in a separate service agreement
• Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the project contract
• We retain the right to use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dancoon Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dancoon Technologies from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
